I’m a new patient at Lakewood Dental and have been very happy with my experience so far. The front office staff are friendly and efficient. My records were transferred from my previous dentist without any problem. There were zero problems with billing/insurance. The technician was friendly, introduced herself, explained each step of the cleaning process and did a great job. The dentist was also friendly, introduced himself and spent time to ensure I had any questions answered. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and efficient. The team seems to enjoy and trust each other.
