They were so concerned that it could result in further problems, that the very next day I was in and out within minutes. Very caring staff and always following up on recommended appointments. Doc, by the way, I know I'm past due on the cleaning but I will see you real soon. Thank you guys for everything you do!!!!!!

Was able to get an appointment after being on the call wait list, so when somebody canceled their 5:30pm appointment I got a call and went right in. Lakewood Dental got me in within a week! The hygienist Maddy did a great job making me feel comfortable during the cleaning process and did a excellent job with the cleaning. My teeth have never felt so clean. I had the biggest smile on my face the next day and I had tons of comments at work (although I was wearing a mask so idk how coworkers saw my teeth). She also had lots of photos of her aussie dogs in/around her dental chair which reminded me of my dogs at home.

From the first phone call I made to set my new client appointment they were courteous, sympathetic and you can tell in the voice that customer service was a priority. They Call personally for reminders along with texts. Then once you walk in the door they greeted with a smile behind the mask of course lol. But you can tell in their voice they were happy to see you. Every single person I passed in the office said hello. And then once the service began everything was explained step-by-step. I made my fear clear. And hygienist was gentle and took her time explaining everything. Also before any service began I was given a thorough explanation of how much it was going cost. No surprises. I left the office with written information of services and cost which included was paid by insurance and what comes out of pocket.
